WASP Digital Career Day 2023

Welcome to the WASP Digital Career Day 2023. The aim is to increase and exchange knowledge on research and career opportunities by connecting industry representatives with PhD students and Postdocs from WASP and WASP-HS.

The event mainly consists of matchmaking sessions that could lead up to creating future contacts between companies and PhD students and Postdocs. New for this year is that all participating parties (PhD students and postdocs, and company representatives) will have the possibility to choose their preferred speaking partners. In addition, PhD students and postdocs from WASP-HS are also welcome to attend.

How to attend

At the time of registration, all participants submit their pitches to be published for the other participants. In the next step, everyone choose their preferred speaking partners from which a series of short one-on-one meetings will be scheduled.

Registration

January 13-31: Pitch registration is open, click on the link to register.

February 1-15: All participants choose who they wish to have a meeting with.

March 1: The individual matchmaking meeting schedule is sent out to each participant.

Please note – the number of meetings for each participant is dependent on the choices made by the participants themselves and other participants. Meetings are not guaranteed. In case no bookings are made, participants will be informed as soon as possible but latest by March 1.
