Registration PhD students, Winter Conference, 2021

PhD students within the program are requested to send in a one page abstracts on their PhD project and to give a ten minute presentation during the conference. Students will also be assigned one presentation to comment on. The winter conference is mandatory for WASP-HS PhD students.

Abstract Format

The abstract should be maximum 5000 character and pasted directly into the registration form. Include a title and a list of authors and affiliation. We recommend writing the abstract using a word processor and then pasting the final text into the form. No special formatting is necessary as the text will be formatted before appearing in the proceedings.

Important Dates

Deadline for abstract submissions: 15 January, 2021
Deadline for regular participation: 1 February, 2021
Conference dates: 9-11 February, 2021
