Course information
Join us in this course where we explore the organizational and management aspects related to the uptake of AI into business and society. Recent reports show clearly that what is really holding back AI are the organizational and management challenges. In this course we explore the gap between experimentation and adoption and extend current AI emergence as still mainly stand-alone applications to understanding AI as integrated within a broader organizational context and as part of complex and critical systems for society. We use the case of search and rescue that captures many central aspects. You will be introduced to design as central for devising approaches for creating resilient systems. After the course days, you write an essay connecting your learnings to your own research topics.
