Annika Fredén promoted to Associate Professor in Political Science at Karlstad University.
Annika Fredén, project leader in WASP-HS, has been promoted to Associate Professor at Karlstad University. She is the project leader of the WASP-HS project “Bias and methods of AI technology studying political behavior”.
The overall focus of the project is how and when different types of information, for instance from politicians, opinion polls, and social networks, influence the decision-making of individuals in various political contexts. The project will develop new methods and use artificial intelligence to explore this question. The project is managed by Annika Fredén in collaboration with Moa Johansson, Associate Professor at Chalmers University of Technology.
